This 500 sqm villa project in the South of France is a space of understated grandeur surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean landscape, overlooking the Cannes coastline. During the design process, Lead Architect and Project Manager, Patricia Boettcher was inspired by contemporary Arabian architecture, and as a committment to eco-conscious living, the villa was built under strict green building regulations.
Flying the flag for bespoke design, French-born Patricia embodies the integrity and individuality of the property through her European design flair and commitment to eco-conscious living. Her attention to detail is infinite. All interior design, customised furniture and fit-out was managed by B5, incorporating all of the B5 interior brands as a showcase to for European, contemporary luxury.
